Russell Harber Landing Off Leash Area

There is an off leash area at the northern part of the park; there is a sign at the road leading to the north landing. The off leash policy was started in October 2007. The city opted for an unfenced area at this location because it was free in comparison to building a fully fenced dog park elsewhere.
The marker is not exact- if anyone knows where Russell Harbor Landing is located let us know.
