Upcoming and Improved Parks
This set of posting is to be a growing list of announcements of new parts that are planning to be opened, or parks that are being improved upon.
For starters, we have just learned two new parks, one in Hawaii and one in New Mexico, have been approved for construction. The Ala Wai K-9 Playground in Hawaii will hopefully be constructed by 2010. The second, Las Cruces Dog Park, in Las Cruces New Mexico will be a more permanent home to a temporary park found off Hermosa Park.
Fullerton Pooch Park Improved
It has come to our attention that the Fullerton Pooch Park is being improved. The Large Dog Area is getting a small makeover, the grass is getting revitalized. It is always great news when cities value the parks enough to keep the maintenance up.
