The regular dog park is opened daily. The dog park plus which is a shared fenced area and includes fields and a sled area is only opened on weekends and holidays during select morning hours.
Opened 1/2006. Permits are available for purchase in person at Ridgeland Common, 415 W. Lake St, Oak Park. each dog must provide a valid village dog license number, and proof of current vaccinations for rabies, distemper, kennel cough/bordetella, para-influenza and parvovirus, as well as proof of a fecal test for internal parasites. Permits begin on May 1st and end on April 31st every year.
