This park was started in 1999 with improvements in 2004 by a donation of $25,000 from Hill's Pet Nutrition. The Friends of Hill's Bark Park currently support this park and plan to do more fundraising for improvements to the park. This park currently has a separate small dog area, water spigots, benches, and some agility equipment.
