Shawnee Mission Dog Beach - Under Construction

This park is off leash and allows for beach access at the lake- but is currently under construction. There is a temporary dog park area in the softball fields east of the lake during construction and regular use is allowed on weekends and after 4pm on weekdays in the actual dog park. Check the county website for updates on this parks progress.
