The off leash area is in Eastern Promenade Park within the perimeter bounded by the Portland House Property, the water side of the Eastern Prom, and Cutter Street following around the curve of the parking lot (excluding the area known as Fort Allen Park. The East End Beach is down the promenade at the bottom of the grassy hill and is closed to off leash dogs from Memorial day to Labor day.
