Joe Wex Dog Park (at Peters Park)

This park was created by $363K in private donations and opened in November 2007. It includes pea stone surface and granite stones, trees, and benches. This park was designed to fit the community and satisfy the people and the neighborhood's requirements. A local community group Friends of Peters Park (FOPP) is responsible for creating and maintaining this park. Dogs must wear a collar with a current license, proof of rabies shot, and owner's and dog's name and phone number.
