Trackside Dog Park

I have been told there is currently some concern over the safety of the dogs at this park.  There may have been an incident with anti-freeze in the dog water dishes (this is highly toxic to dogs and can result in death if ingested.)  If anything like this is found please report it to the local law enforcement.  There also has been some vandalism having the portable restrooms knocked down.  This is a pretty good dog park as far as dog parks go.  Please post reviews of this dog park if you have any other information regarding this situation and how the city is handling the possible disgruntled neighbors.
