This park is named after PAPD K-9 Sirius #17, a bomb sniffing lab, who was serving in the World Trade Center on 9/11. The dog run is located in the former Pumphouse Plaza on the roof of an underground pumping station and opened in 2005. This dog park has pools, hills, and benches.
