Friendly Small Town Brisbane

The Brisbane dog park is long and narrow for those who like to throw the ball a LONG ways for their pooch.   It is well looked after with locals adding plants and flowers and giving it that extra TLC.  There is quite an informal "happy hour" on weekdays between 5 and 6ish with lots of people gathering in the comfy deck chairs and chatting while the dogs play.  The grass is well-kept year round (though it does get muddy in winter) and poop bags are well-stocked.
