Alaska has many great off-leash dog parks.

Arizona has many wonderful dog parks, come visit them all.

Arkansas

Find all of the California Dog Parks from here. If you don't see your favorite dog park listed, please Contact Us with the information and we will quickly update our listings.

In Colorado there are many off leash fully fenced dog parks, as wells as other unfenced off leash dog areas.

Connecticut has several great dog parks. Let us know if you have been to any more. Enfield, Bristol, and Stamford will most likely be getting a dog park soon, we will keep you updated when it opens. The cities of West Hartford and Windsor are still thinking about a possible dog park.

Delaware has some off leash places to enjoy with your pet. Please let us know if you have more great places to play or hike.

Florida has many great dog parks and beaches. Dog parks are a great way for dogs and people alike to socialize within their communities. Florida has many special parks with water access and great places that dogs are allowed off leash.

Georgia has many off leash dog parks. If you know of any more please let us know and we will add them to the map.

Hawaii has some amazing off leash dog parks. Here is also a listing of all the on-leash beaches where dogs can play.

Idaho has several great dog parks. These are a bit hard for us to find so let us know if you have found any more.

Illinois has many dog parks throughout the state; please let us know if you have any in your area we are unaware of. Chicago area has a dense population and has many wonderful places for dogs to run free. Check out all the parks in your area.

Indiana has some great dog parks. Check them out and let us know if we missed any off leash areas in your community. And submit a picture of your dog park!

Iowa has some new dog parks. More dog parks to be added in this state shortly. Thanks for all the reviews and pictures that have been submitted so far.

Kansas has several dog parks. If you do not see your local dog park listed let us know.

These are the dog parks in Kentucky. You can choose any dog park in the state from this map. Let us know if you know of any more legal dog parks in Kentucky.

Louisiana has several legal off leash dog parks. Please let us know if you know of anymore or if you have been to any of these parks.

Maine

Maryland has some great off leash dog parks. Let us know if you have a favorite you do not see here. Pictures of your dog at the park or just the great dog parks are always appreciated. Montgomery County is looking at several more locations for dog parks. Baltimore may get another park at Locust Point.

Massachusetts has many dog parks in the area. If you know of any more or have a good picture let us know. It is great to be able to see pictures of dogs enjoying the park.

Michigan - In April 2007 the Michigan Supreme Court got a case based on a new dog park. The City of Birmingham vs Bloomfield Estates Improvement Association are arguing over whether the the "strictly residential" piece of property can contain a dog park.

Minnesota has many dog parks. Please let us know if you have one near you. More parks to be added to this site soon.

Mississippi has no public dog parks it seems. If you know of one let us know. I have done some searching and come up with no legal public dog parks in the area.

Missouri has some great dog parks. Let us know if you have been to any of them.

Montana has several great off leash dog areas and dog parks. Bozeman has a dog park with a lake as well as a 40 acre off leash area with trails. There are also some other dog park groups trying to form new dog parks in their community. Let us know if you know of any dog parks in your area. Other cities like Missoula, Great Falls, and Whitefish have dog parks as well.

Nebraska has some really great dog parks. Let us know if you have been here and take a picture to share.

Nevada has many dog parks, most seem to be around the tourist centers. If you know of any more dog parks or if you visit any on your travels let us know and share a pic or two.

New Hampshire has some great dog parks. If you do not see your favorite let us know and add a picture of your local dog park if you have one to share. It is always great to be able to see dogs playing.

New Jersey has many dog parks and off leash areas. If I do not have your favorite dog park listed then please add it.

New Mexico has some great cities with dog parks. These are worth visiting and let us know what you think when you do.

New York has many off leash dog parks and places to allow your dogs to run. Let us know of any in your area.

North Carolina has many great dog parks and off leash areas for your dog to play at. Please let us know if you have been to any other dog park we might not have listed. Raleigh is in the planning and creation stages for some parks in their area, see there website for more information.

North Dakota

Ohio has many dog parks that allow for off leash use. We encourage people to find a dog park near them and check it out. Columbus may get new dog parks; proposed sites include Three Creeks Park, Big Run Park, Wheeler Park, and Goodale Park (as of Fall 2007).

Oklahoma has some great dog parks to visit. Let us know if you know of any more as they are sometimes hard to find. Tulsa may have a dog park coming soon to Mohawk Park (the one at Manion Park got vetoed.)

Oregon has many fenced dog parks as well as parks that are unfenced and have special off leash areas. Portland has started a campaign for responsible dog ownership - go to their website and pledge your support and get a green bandana.

Pennsylvania has many dog parks; I know there have to be more out there so let us know of any in your area and always share a picture or your favorite ones.

Rhode Island has some great dog parks and several communities are busy working to get new dog parks. Let us know if you have a dog park that is not listed.

South Carolina has quite a few very nice dog parks and hopefully more to come in the future. Let us know of any more in your area.

South Dakota

Texas has many great off leash dog parks. If you know of more in your area please let us know. Photos of dogs at the park are always appreciated.

Utah has quite a few nice dog parks. Please write a review if you have been to any of these and share your opinion. Thanks.

Virginia has many dog parks and off leash dog areas. Let us know if you have visited any that we do not currently have listed. Also, please submit pictures of your dog playing at the park; they might even be dog of the week and end up on the front page.

October 2007 - Washington DC mayor now has the ability to approve dog park plans. Read this document if you want to petition for a dog park in your local neighborhood and let us know if a dog park is started. We would love to see dog parks in the DC area.

West Virginia

Wisconsin has many off leash areas and dog parks throughout the state. Write a review, add a picture, or let us know of a park we may have missed. Thanks.

If you know of any other dog parks in Wyoming let us know; it is always a good thing when dogs can congregate and be dogs. We also realize there are many national forests and areas in Wyoming that dogs can go off leash and hike. The forest service has more information on where dogs are and are not allowed.
