Brown County Dog Park

The  park is not always well maintained. My dog was able to crawl under both gates in the small dog area. People who go to the larger dog area don't always maintain control of their dogs, (they'd rather socialize) and I have had trouble entering the area when several of the larger dogs have jumped on me. Owners don't watch their dogs carefully or ignore the bowel movements that their dogs leave. Peer pressure should work on owners to take care of these things, but it seems as if the peers are all of the feeling that they don't need to be responsible for the actions of their dogs at the park. The park has lots of potential, but the users need to change their attitudes to make it friendly for all dogs and their owners.
